Choosing your dates
Lodging rates are determined by the time of year you plan to visit Steamboat Springs. The calendar year is broken down into various seasons.
If your stay overlaps two seasons, you will be charged accordingly. For instance, if you plan to stay in a premium king room at the Best Western Ptarmigan Inn from February 6 - 12, you will be charged $179 per night for the first three nights, and $199 per night for the remainder of your stay.
Choosing how many people
All of the units available through Steamboat Lodging, Inc. have a minimum and a maximum occupancy. A 1 bedroom/loft may sleep three comfortably; two in the bedroom and one in the loft. But the sleeper sofa in the living room makes the maximum occupancy five; two in the bedroom, one in the loft, and two on the sleeper sofa. Choose how many people you will be rooming with and you will be given various options of minimum and maximum occupancy.
