For groups which meet minimum room numbers and minimum night stay requirements at the Ptarmigan Inn, you will receive the following:

Ptarmigan Inn is Steamboat's coziest ski-in, ski-out lodge. Complimentary valet ski storage, SportStalker Ski Rentals, outdoor heated pool and hot tub, Snowbird Restaurant and Lounge. Apres Ski Happy Hour! All rooms have one king or two queen beds, coffee maker, small refrigerator and VCR.

Snowbird Restaurant provides contemporary cuisine designed to fit your group's every need. From wine and cheese parties to dinners, the Snowbird Restaurant has a wonderful selection of menus for you to choose from.

Introducing... The Southface Room at the Snowbird Restaurant The Snowbird Restaurant now has an intimate room which can be used for private luncheons and business meetings. The Southface Room can seat up to 25 people and is perfect as a private reception area for your ski club, group, or family.

Groups Policies (winter):

1. initial deposit of 25% of room block will be due at a date determined upon booking
2. a second deposit of 25% will be due sixty (60) days prior to arrival
3. final payment will be due thirty (30) days prior to arrival

Cancellations:

1. more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date-- initial deposit will be withheld
2. less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date-- 50% of total reservation will be withheld
3. less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date-- forfeit all payments made

Luggage Assistance:
Available upon request, must be confirmed before arrival. $8.00 per person round-trip.
